On Monday, Feb. 24, former Union County Magnet High School standouts Alycia Searwar and Lisa Frias’ current college team, the Bowie State Bulldogs, won 6-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Ashland Eagles.
The game took place at Sue Morris Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 3 p.m. at Sue Morris Sports Complex against Glenville State Pioneers.
