On Sunday, March 30, former Cranford Senior High School standout Sophia Demarco’s current college team, the Seton Hall Pirates, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Villanova Wildcats.

The game took place at Essex County Mike Sheppard, Sr. Field. This was their third matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Pirates’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 2 p.m. at Essex County Mike Sheppard, Sr. Field against Army Black Knights.
