On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Summit Senior High School standout Luke Jacobson’s current college team, the Villanova Wildcats, lost 17-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Winthrop Eagles.
The game took place at Winthrop Ballpark. This was their third matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 3 p.m. at Villanova Ballpark at Plymouth against Coppin State Eagles.
