Allison Edgley, Ed.D., a sustainability ambassador and lecturer at Kean University, recently shared her insights on sustainable practices gleaned from her experiences in China and Iceland. In the second part of her episode, she highlighted the significance of small yet meaningful steps that individuals can take to reduce their use of single-use plastics, food waste, and overconsumption.
