In celebration of Disability Awareness Month in March, Kean is amplifying the voices of people with disabilities in our campus community and the importance of equitable access, inclusion and opportunities.

"One in 4 adults in the U.S. is disabled. The disability population intersects with all identities and is the only community with an open-door policy; if you live long enough, you're likely to join us. Disability Awareness Month, then, is a crucial reminder that equitable access and opportunity benefits everyone. Simply put, 'if you shovel the snow off the ramp, we can all get in."
