Some fantastic community highlights from tonight’s Commissioner meeting:
1) Volunteers who helped us morning and night for our Point in Time survey of our housing-insecure population. The County assists hundreds of transient individuals, getting them access to social services and helping get them temporary shelter during the cold season.
2-4) Students from Union County Vocational Technical Schools, including our Future Farmers of America and our Teaching students, who will graduate as dual-enrolled Kean University students.
