"It's the most wonderful time of the year . . . " But not for everyone. As most of us look forward to spending time with friends and family over the holidays, enjoying our warm homes and hot meals, many others are living in constant fear. Some don't know where they will sleep tonight or get their next meal, for themselves and their children.
Victims of domestic violence experience increased stress and tension during the holidays, and the winter months ahead can be daunting.
