Volunteers are welcome to help with restoration and cleanup projects throughout the Union County parks system

A big Union County thankyou goes out to a group of volunteers from the Cranford-based company Nuts.com, who came to the Deserted Village of Feltville last Friday to help restore the grounds around the historic houses.

The volunteers removed and replaced fencing around one of the homes, weed-whacked some trouble spots, and applied topsoil for grass re-seeding to assist in erosion prevention.

Volunteers are welcome to help with restoration and cleanup projects throughout the Union County parks system.
