Union Township Community Action Organization, Inc. issued the following announcement.
The Head Start Approach to School Readiness means that children are ready for school, families are ready to support their children's learning, and schools are ready for children. Communicating and Learning is a school readiness milestone. The UTCAO Early Head Start program works with infants and toddlers to make progress in developmental milestones to reach school readiness.
