On Saturday, Feb. 15, former Westfield High Schooll standout Jack Chavez’s current college team, the Villanova Wildcats, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Virginia Cavaliers.

The game took place at Estadio Francisco Montaner. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 11 a.m. at Estadio Francisco Montaner against Michigan Wolverines.
