On July 17, 2025, Matsikoudis posted a reminder about an upcoming event: “Reminder My team will be hosting Mobile Office Hours in Warren Township from 5:00 to 7:00 PM today! Later that day, she acknowledged local athletic achievements by stating: “Team Matsikoudis was proud to help celebrate Governor Livingston’s Varsity Baseball team for their incredible season this year! “ on July 17, 2025.
The following day, on July 18, Matsikoudis reflected on the office hours event: “Yesterday, my team hosted another successful Mobile Office Hours in Warren Township. As I always tell residents, if you can’t get to us, then we will bring our constituent services right to you! “
