On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Union County Magnet High School standouts Alycia Searwar and Lisa Frias’ current college team, the Bowie State Bulldogs, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Charleston Golden Eagles.
The game took place at Sue Morris Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.
The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 6 p.m. at Sue Morris Sports Complex against West Virginia State Yellow Jackets.
